We kindly request participants who did not register yet to do so as soon as possible, to enable us to better estimate the number of attendants for the banquet. Even if you will pay the registration fee on-site, please, send your registration form by Sept. 14 (Mon), if possible.

Notice

The amounts shown for registration fees are excluding processing fees of banks. Banks tend to deduce substantial processing fees in International money transfers. Registrants are kindly requested to confirm with their bank that the amount received by us matches the intended registration fee. Any difference in the amounts can be made up in cash (Japanese Yen) at the registration desk of the workshop.

In case you wish to avoid payment of International banking fees by all means, please, contact us, for other payment options.

Registration Fee

Regular Participant (by August 18) 35,000 JPY
Student (by August 18) 25,000 JPY
Regular Participant (after August 18) 40,000 JPY
Student (after August 18) 30,000 JPY

Registration fee includes pre-proceedings, post-proceedings, and banquet.
